Ken Troupe | Co-Founder
Ken Troupe is a sports business consultant with over 25 years of experience with a proven track record of success in ticket sales management, staff development and mentoring, digital marketing expertise, and social media training experience.
Throughout his career, Ken has had a knack of developing unique marketing and revenue generating ideas. Working on the ticket sales side of the business with the Houston Astros, Dallas Stars, Texas Rangers and Phoenix Coyotes.
Ken launched a successful consulting business working with clients like the Atlanta Braves, Sky Blue FC, NY Giants, Turnstyles Ticketing, Minnesota Timberwolves, Phoenix Coyotes, New York Mets, and San Francisco Giants. Ken was an early adopter of social media and developing social selling strategies allowing ticket sales reps to develop their personal brand and sell more tickets. Tom Sheridan | Co-Founder
Tom Sheridan brings over three decades of experience in sports marketing, ticketing, and business operations. He began his career with the Chicago Bulls and White Sox, eventually serving as Sr. Director of Ticket Sales for the White Sox, where he helped generate over $60 million in premium seating revenue and oversaw a $100–$150 million annual ticket sales budget.
Tom has held leadership roles at Elite Marketing, Balmoral Park Racetrack, and the Chicago Dogs minor league team. In 2018, he became COO of IncentiveFox Marketing Solutions, while also founding his own consulting firm, Chitown Consult, specializing in sports marketing and product launches.
In addition to his work with SportsBiz Builders, Tom is an active member of the Steering Committee for the National Sports Forum. This organization produces the preeminent conference in the sports industry where Tom has been a featured speaker, panelists and recognized for his legacy of “paying it forward” with young people entering the sports business.
Andrew Naugher | Chief Strategy Officer
Andrew is an award-winning marketing and PR executive who has been blessed to work with some of the most well-known brands in consumer and technology. His career has spanned three decades of helping clients navigate innovations that better connect with customers, embracing data to grow market share plus positioning brands to engage with a new generation of fans.
After 20 years in corporate and agency life, he felt a calling to help early-stage founders so began consulting with startups in medical devices, sports tech, CPG and online learning among others.
Because he has always shared the same commitment to giving back as Ken and Tom, Andrew is active in numerous organizations supporting startup founders and marketing communications professionals
Favorite career memory: Helping open the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum in Kansas City.
Favorite personal memory: Proposing to his high school sweetheart at home plate in Fenway Park.
